Combination Shallow/Deep Water Aerobics

Instructors: Erica E. Wilson and Jeannie Brown Johnson
Day/Time: Tues and Thur, 7:00pm – 8:00pm and Sat 9:00am – 10:00am
Class Description: Whether this class rocks with noodles, pumps it up with spa bells, or  engages in a little aqua kickboxing you are guaranteed to get a total cardio vascular workout!  Come on out and be challenged with a splash workout!  Classes are fun, exciting, and energetic!  Be a part of this hydrodynamic water workout and experience movement in a total aquatic environment!

Class Title: Senior Water Aerobics

Day/Time: Mon/Wed/Fri 8am-8:45am, 9am-9:45am
Class Description: This low impact water exercise class will tone and build muscle while giving you a cardio workout.  This class format will use the drag and force of the water to create the workload to your benefit.  All ages and genders are welcome.  Whether you can do a lot or not, this class will work for you!  Free for DC residents 55 years and older.

Class Title: Hydrorider (Aqua Spin)

Day/Time: Tues/Thurs 7:10am-7:55am and Mon/Wed 8:15pm-9:00pm
Class Description: A challenging aerobic and anaerobic workout utilizing stationary bikes in the water that allows you to work at your fitness level while strenghtening and toning your hamstrings, glutes and inner thighs.
