Class Description: A high energy, non-impact co-ed class. It is not a traditional bouncy aerobics class, instead the exercises used in this class focus on core strength using levels two and three (no bounce and suspension). The natural resistance of the water sculpts the inches away. This is an excellent class for the person who wants a non-impact class and is uncomfortable in deep water.
